The personal data collected with the form is only used for responding to questions presented by the customer.
Personal data shall not be used for other purposes and shall not be disclosed to any third parties.

Right to review and right to amend

No manual material is formed in relation to the register. Documents that contain information that is manually processed are appropriately destroyed after processing and the retention period required by the Archiving Act.

The data is collected in databases, which are protected with firewalls, passwords and other technical methods. Data can only be accessed by certain, pre-determined persons.
